A field-configurable containment assembly designed around stuffing-box and wellhead production-fluid leakage.

System construction

WSG surrounds the leakage area with a split containment basin and upper enclosure so the system can be installed around existing wellhead equipment.

Containment basinThe containment basin is constructed from powder-coated aluminum with permanently attached urethane sealing surfaces.

Split constructionTwo-piece installation architecture allows the basin and upper containment components to assemble around the wellhead.

DrainageA drain valve provides a controlled path for contained fluid management.

Level / alarm optionsFloat-switch and ultrasonic level-switch options have been used with the WSG system. Final voltage and switch configuration are selected for the application.

ConfigurationWSG fitment is selected from pumping / flow-tee size, available vertical clearance, 360° surrounding clearance, BOP or other equipment above the tee, and application-specific accessory requirements.
