Field workflow

Contain, drain, monitor and service.

The WSG installation workflow is field-oriented by design: confirm fitment, prepare the mounting area, install and seal the containment assembly, connect the selected drainage and monitoring components, and maintain the system as part of normal field operation.

1

Confirm fitment

Collect the pumping / flow-tee size, available vertical clearance, 360° surrounding clearance, BOP or other equipment conditions and accessory requirements.

2

Prepare the mounting area

Clean and dry the upper Flow T / mounting surface and apply the specified mounting / sealing tape following the installation guide.

3

Install the split basin

Position the split basin around the wellhead on the large side of the Flow T, align the urethane seal, level the basin and tighten the six basin bolts.

4

Install the upper containment

Join the upper containment sections around the polished rod, secure the latch points and trim the clear top only where required for available clearance.

5

Connect drainage and monitoring

Close and orient the drain valve, then connect the selected float-switch or ultrasonic level-switch hardware where specified.

6

Inspect and maintain

Check seals, latches, drainage and switch operation as part of routine field inspection.
