Wellhead leak containment

Contain wellhead leakage before cleanup becomes the job.

Well Site Guard is a configurable containment system for stuffing-box and wellhead production-fluid leakage—built around field installation, drainage, monitoring options and long-term serviceability.

The core system

Purpose-built containment around the wellhead.

The WSG system is centered on a split containment basin and upper enclosure that can be configured around the wellhead rather than asking the operator to adapt the well to a generic tray.

  • Powder-coated aluminum containment basin with permanently attached urethane sealing surfaces.
  • Sealed split construction for installation around existing wellhead geometry.
  • Drainage hardware and level/alarm options.
  • RainGuard and lubrication accessories available for selected applications.
Why containment first

Reduce the consequences of routine leakage.

Stuffing-box leakage can create repeated cleanup, inspection, environmental and downtime burdens. WSG focuses on practical source containment so operators can manage leakage in a controlled area instead of the surrounding site.

01

Operational control

Keep leakage in a defined containment area and provide a controlled drainage path.

02

Field serviceability

Split construction supports installation and service around existing wellhead equipment.

03

Environmental stewardship

Connect real spill-prevention function to responsible field operation without relying on generic ESG claims.

Operational value

Containment can simplify the response to leakage.

The business case is not a single universal savings percentage. It depends on leak frequency, cleanup requirements, labor, downtime, site conditions and the selected WSG configuration.

Financial value depends on site conditions, leak frequency, cleanup requirements, labor, downtime and the selected WSG configuration.

Operational & Financial Value
Configure around the well

Fitment starts with a few critical dimensions.

The existing WSG installation material identifies pumping/flow-tee size, vertical clearance and surrounding obstructions as key inputs. Current engineering review can add photos and application details where needed.

  • Pumping / flow tee size and outside dimension
  • Available height and polished-rod clearance
  • BOP or other equipment above the tee
  • 360° obstruction / service-access conditions
  • Alarm, drainage and accessory requirements
